Dijonnaise

Bass steaks (serves 4)
- ½
C Dijon mustard
- ½
C mayonnaise
- 1
splash Worcestershire sauce
- Chopped
cilantro
Preheat
oven to 450 degrees.
Mix
mayonnaise, mustard and worcestershire sauce together.
Place
steaks on a greased pan and coat each with ¼ C
dijonnaise, top and sides. Slather it on.
Bake
in hot oven 15-20 minutes or until flesh is just opaque.
Don't turn the fish over.
Remove
from oven, sprinkle with cilantro and serve immediately
with sticky rice.
